Not totally thread relevant but I bought a soda stream a couple weeks ago. Been drinking 3 quarts daily now without it feeling like a chore to stay properly hydrated

my health food store has kimchi, but i can also pick it up from fred meyer. usually fancy suburban grocers stock it i often ferment my own veggies though it's dead easy just mason jar + saltwater and veggies leave it alone for five days

update: if you love shitting and farting a lot spicy cabbage lentil soup is the move just needs a little egg
